Payment & Return Policies

Taxco.925 Mexican Silver Store accepts credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diner’s Club and debit card.

Credit card payments made via our payment processor will appear on your billing statement as a charge from “” .

We also accept payment via the online payment processor, PayPal, which allows you to pay from your bank account, credit card or PayPal balance – PayPal payments will appear as a transaction from “Taxco.925″.

Orders placed via are encrypted using SSL technology. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is software used by online vendors to ensure the security of credit card and other sensitive transactions via data encryption, multiple authentication requirements and data integrity fail safes.



All of our items are depicted accurately with correct measurements, dimensions, and weight listed for our clients to decide whether or not they would like to purchase an item. The photos are intended to depict the design of the piece, not the actual dimensions. Please read all of the information provided for dimensions, and of course feel free to contact us with any questions or to request further information on a piece.

If you receive an item that you would like to return for a refund, we will accept a return as long as ALL of the following conditions are met:

1 – The buyer is financially responsible for returning the item back to MEXICO, where the business is located, and where the order originated. The business is not located in Oregon – that is simply the final stage of our shipping process (please refer to our shipping policies for further details).
This financial responsibility includes:
a) The actual shipping cost.
b) Any tariffs and/or taxes that the courier service will require us to pay before we can receive the package.

2 – The buyer must use a method of shipping that provides door-to-door, online tracking, with a signature/proof of delivery that can also be viewed online.

3 – The buyer must use one of the following courier services to return the item:
a) UPS
b) DHL
d) USPS (again, it must have door-to-door online tracking with online proof of delivery)
