Shipping Policies

All of our jewelry is shipped directly from Mexico. Expect an average delivery time of 2 weeks for items in the US, longer for international orders. In order to offer the lowest cost to all our customers, we employ the following shipping methods/options:

We ship weekly, every Wednesday, from Mexico to Carlsbad, California, in the United States, via DHL. All items are then mailed to their final destination within 24 hours of arrival in the US. There is NO additional charge for multiple items regardless of where you live.

ALL packages are shipped through the United States Post Office.

For orders within the US, there is free shipping. We ship via USPS First Class Mail.

For orders being sent anywhere else in the world, the shipping charge is $19.95 USD and is sent via USPS First Class International Mail.

For all orders outside of the US who wish to track and insure their package. There is no tracking or insurance available using USPS First Class International Mail. We do offer Global Express for $49.95. Please select this option during final checkout if you wish for us to use this service for tracking and insurance capabilities.
